'Uber: Unable to add this PayPal account"

Hi! I've been experiencing a little technical hiccup with my PayPal account and UBER is telling me that there's an issue adding PayPal account to Uber Payments. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Hi AndrewNora,

If you don't have a confirmed card linked to your Paypal, it may be the reason you're getting this message. If you do have a confirmed card and you're still seeing this message, then contact the customer care service of Paypal.
