Orderplus International Limited - Dispute Resolution

I have filed a dispute with PayPal regarding a transaction with "OrderPlus International Limited", apparently I did some research and I found out that this user is a complete scammer. Covid has made communication with PayPal very difficult. Has anyone got any resolution to disputes with "Orderplus International Limited"?
