I don't know what's wrong with my PayPal account but it won't let me buy anything. The message pops up whenever I try to purchase something and says "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time." This is really frustrating because there doesn't seem like any other way around the problem, so please tell me how can fix this issue?
