How long does it take to set up a PayPal account?
Back in the days setting up PayPal was fairly easier in terms of verification and the amount of time that it used to take. My son is now 18 and wants to open an account on PayPal..just wanted to know how long does it take to set up PayPal account nowadays(including verification period)..?!

If your bank account has been fully confirmed, you should be able to use it as a funding source on your Paypal account. If you have only registered your bank account, it takes about 5-7 working days to complete. If you'd like to add a debit or credit card as a backup funding source, you'll be able to make payments instantly.
