PayPal Authorization Failure in Steam

It's so frustrating when you can't make a purchase using PayPal because your secondary credit card isn't good enough. I was trying to buy this new game through on Steam using Paypal as Payment method, but my primary card is expired so I tried paying through my second credit card but this one didn't go through, it would only use my main card but that had expired too!

You can try and contact Paypal's customer service if you need to change your primary card.
