How does fake Credit Card numbers work on PayPal Sandbox? Is it safe to use them? Also, can anyone tell me where can I get these Credit Card numbers?

You can generate them within PayPal by following the steps below:
1. Login to developer.paypal.com and click "Dashboard"
2. Under the sandbox heading click "Accounts".
3. Navigate Create Accounts and click on it.
4. When creating the account make sure to Add a credit card.
5. Once created you can view the account profile, click "Funding" to see the test card numbers.
Note: Don't re-use these card numbers, for a smoother experience.
