How to create shipping label on PayPal without generating Invoice

I want to send a parcel to my son. I use PayPal shipping for my business and mostly create an invoice. However my son is not going to pay for the parcel and hence there is no invoice. Can I create a label without generating an invoice and ship my parcel without an invoice using PayPal postage?
