The company is a complete scam, I hope Paypal deals with this issue. Try contacting Paypal's customer service regarding this, there doesn't seem to be any solution to it yet and if someone does find a solution, please provide an update.

It isn't possible for you to transfer funds to Paypal from Square cash as you can only transfer funds from square cash into accounts that are available on your square account.

Ask your friend to check their transaction and if it is unclaimed and if the cancel link is active. If the cancel link is active, your friend can cancel the transaction. If it isn't active or unclaimed, Paypal will return the funds in 30 days to the sender.

A possible way for you to do it is to have/create a Paysafecard account and buy a Maestro card to make transactions to Paypal.

I have been dealing with the same issue, and there isn't a resolution from Paypal at all. Paypal please look into this! It's honestly frustrating to not be able to use the prepaid debit Mastercard.

There doesn't seem to be a way, you can try and reach out to Paypal or file a dispute as you haven't received the product.

I've been dealing with the same issue and can't seem to find any of the My cash cards anywhere, it seems that Paypal have discontinued them.
