You can't legally file a class action suit against Paypal but you can sue in the small claim court against Paypal.

You can find your Paypal.me username, by following the steps below:
1. You can go to www.paypal.me
2. Select the option of 'My PayPal Me' in the upper right corner.
3. Login with your account credentials.

The only way to use Paypal with your Doordash account is by ordering a Paypal Debit card and adding that debit card to your Paypal account.

The only possible way to 'request' money on Paypal, is to share your email address with the sender. Ask them to send it through their Paypal balance/bank account (Not Credit card) and choose the option of sending it to a friend/family, only then will there be no fee.
