I am a blogger by profession and hence there is no shipping involved. I'd like to know how can I hide my address from buyers?

My account shows a payment of $4 to Avangate B.V. which I never authorized. How is it possible for some one to just take money from your account just like that. Anyone faced any similar situation with them?? What am I supposed to do now?

Every time I try to do anything in my PayPal account after logging in, PayPal gives me the following error: "PayPal internal error, Please try again later."

Does anyone know why this is happening and what is the probable solution to this?
